He is 1 of 2 practicing engineers in the House and the only oil and gas technical professional representing Texans. Representative Rosenthal joined us at Das Greenhaus, while he was supporting one of the entrepreneurial groups building Windchaser. Our conversation spans public education, reasons to serve, the future of energy in Texas, and why we all know who ERCOT is today.
